Canna Regio Soup Bowl

The rich Venetian façades are a true showcase of history and mysticism, from the largest decorative elements to the tiniest details. In this respect, Cannaregio is a particularly special sestiere (neighborhood), often neglected by the superficial gaze of tourists. This collection finds inspiration in the neighborhood’s palaces, churches and bridges, merging an imagination populated by esotericism and classical mythology with floral and vegetable motifs, many of them recuperated from Vista Alegre’s esthetic heritage. A bold line, made of intense contrasts, which establishes a romantic relationship between the past and modernity.
